SDA founder Harris Ader will talk about the state of the association and industry followed by a presentation on enhancing your current dining program by creating more choice without increasing cost. Understand how to manage costs more effectively with an emphasis on recognizing reasons for having high food, labor & direct cost in your community.

10:20 – 11:40: SDA Chats – Roundtable Collaborative Learning

Learn how successful dining operations use consistency and out-of-the-box thinking to attract and keep exceptional employees.

When it comes to business operations and our work environment, everyone wants to know what they can expect. Learn how you can keep your employees and management happy and engaged by maintaining consistency in new program rollout, scheduling, training, recognition and other areas.

  • Participants Choice (Potluck)

We want to know what keeps you up at night. Attendees will  have a chance to submit a topic for the discussion group and attendees will get to vote on the subject for discussion.

Operational inconsistencies can negatively affect your guest experience. Learn ways to identify inconsistencies in your dining operation, identify barriers to consistency and develop sustainable systems to maintain daily consistency.  Presented By: Harris Ader, Founder of the SDA
