A few words about 2023 Event

Patrick Plumadore | SDA Member

"I love the Chef's Experience. This year, I had four chefs attend, and they got to see and try things they hadn't done before. They're re-energized and excited about new ideas we can bring to the table for our residents. The experience really tested their palates. Having this opportunity for my team and me has been crucial in understanding where our industry is heading. The symposium is helping us learn and grow through this process, so thank you."
