SDA TAKES ON WORKFORCE AND CULTURE CHANGE

SDA Workforce & Culture Change Symposium to be held in Las Vegas, NV, October 16-18, 2024, will bring together senior living leaders from various organizations to discover how to align senior living with hospitality culture with a keen focus on workforce development, recruiting, training, and retention of top talent to remain competitive in the hospitality marketplace.   


The symposium agenda aims to provide senior living leaders with actionable insights, best practices, and strategies for aligning senior living with hospitality culture, developing a high-performing workforce, and achieving competitive advantage. Conference registration will be cancelled if checks are not received within 21 business days of completion of the registration form.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR ATTENDEE CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE September 20, 2024. NO REFUNDS will be given after this date. Tickets are transferable within your organization. 


E-mail all written cancellations to Kathie Ritterson at kathie@seniordining.org . The SDA has the right to cancel any registration for any reason deemed by the association. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.
